Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to realise all aspects of an installation project, from initial brief or idea to the actual installation of the work.It applies to individuals who are experienced artists. At this level individuals are involved in the creative, technical and organisational processes and work both independently and collaboratively.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Assessment must be conducted in a safe environment where evidence gathered demonstrates consistent performance of typical activities experienced in creative arts industry environments. The assessment environment must include access to: equipment, tools and materials (relevant to the art form) used to produce and assemble installation art a site at which to assemble and exhibit installation art information sources. Assessors of this unit must satisfy the requirements for assessors in applicable vocational educational and training legislation, frameworks and/or standards. |
